Up until a few years ago, I was resigned to living a half-expressed, semi-satisfied, dimmed down existence…
I navigated everything according to who I thought others wanted me to be - it dictated how I moved my body, used my voice (or not), and had sex. I was so used to being the good girl, but I knew deep down that there was a wild roaring fire that existed within me.
I started to ask myself, there must be more to life than this… right???
The deep yearning within me knew there was, I just had no idea where to begin.
It was then that I found holistic pelvic and womb work.
I originally came across this work desperately seeking answers and relief after years of experiencing chronic pain and discomfort in the space and completely fed up with the medical system.
Through it, I did find healing and clarity on these issues.
What I didn’t expect was that womb work would become the pathway into living the wildly fulfilling existence that my heart so deeply desired.
It brought me back into my body in the most sacred, loving and empowering way, so that I could actually start living from my own inner guidance and truth rather than according to how I thought I should show up.
Through it, I re-met all the wild, sensual, bold, ‘too much’ parts of me and fully reclaimed them in deep embodiment, giving me permission to show up in the fullest of my expression from then on.
More and more aliveness within me came back online within me and I rooted ever more deeply into my wild innocence and innate wholeness.
Life began to feel juicy, deeply satisfying, and blissfully on purpose.
I began to live an Erotic Existence
